Job Summary

As a full-time Consultant in Professional Services, the successful candidate will lead the implementation of accounting, audit, and assurance solutions, managing client relationships and project delivery quality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
• Act as the primary solution authority, providing expert guidance on Caseware functionality and best practices
• Manage client relationships and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and service standards

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm
• Experience supporting software implementations, including requirements gathering and solution configuration
• Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight
• Excellent documentation skills in a professional services environment
• Ability to mentor and contribute to team capability development
