Consultant - Post-Implementation

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Consultant - Post-Implementation will partner with customers to optimize their use of the Vault CRM platform, focusing on requirements gathering, application build, and ongoing support without the need for travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers through requirements gathering and solution alignment
• Articulate complex client concepts to diverse audiences, providing application expertise
• Plan and manage application build, testing, and deployment activities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of engaging with senior management as a subject matter expert
• Strong presentation and solution design skills
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple client workstreams
