Consulting Analyst
Job Summary
Providing critical IT support and solutions, the full-time Consulting Analyst will assist with implementation, optimizations, and incident resolution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives related to application and process improvements
- Provide incident support through data gathering and troubleshooting
- Resolve complex Tier 2 application-specific issues and complete advanced application builds/fixes
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field; applicable experience may substitute for a degree
- Epic Application Certification/Proficiency in at least two applications preferred
- Minimum four years of professional experience in information services and/or healthcare industries preferred
- Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores in at least two applications within the first three months in role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
