Consulting Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing hotel practice, the full-time Consulting Associate will manage multiple consulting project workstreams, leveraging hotel industry expertise and project management methodologies to optimize client programs and drive value in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream engagements, executing consulting projects across various clients while ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards
• Apply hotel subject matter expertise to enhance program strategy, sourcing, and compliance through technology solutions
• Manage global supplier relationships, navigating negotiations and aligning interests between clients and the consultancy

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in hotel strategy, revenue management, sourcing, or optimization roles
• Familiarity with hotel program management platforms such as Cvent
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Birst, or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and presentation
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through compelling presentations to diverse audiences
