Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Consulting Manager - Asset Finance will manage application support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead application support and development for InfoLease and Rapport, focusing on stability and continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for solution delivery
- Oversee incident management, testing, release management, and deployment activities to ensure seamless business operations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services domains
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with InfoLease and/or Rapport platforms
- Deep understanding of lease and loan accounting, servicing operations, and portfolio management workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
