Job Summary
Leading core banking transformation initiatives, the full-time Consulting Manager - Banking Analyst will translate complex business needs into functional requirements while working remotely with banking clients and cross-functional teams on the FIS Horizon Core Banking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Business Analysis activities for core banking transformation and implementation initiatives
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Serve as the functional liaison between client business teams and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis within banking or financial services
- Hands-on experience with the FIS Horizon Core Banking platform
- Strong knowledge of retail and commercial banking processes and core banking operations
- Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and gap analysis
- Excellent client-facing and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
