Consulting Manager, Change Management

Job Summary

Leading change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs, the full-time remote Consulting Manager, Change Management will drive the successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies while partnering with program leaders and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies
• Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments to enable effective adoption

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs
• Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams
• Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills
