Consulting Manager - Dynamics 365
Job Summary
To support a growing Microsoft Business Group consulting team, the hybrid Consulting Manager - Dynamics 365 will lead technical assessments and provide strategic recommendations to enhance enterprise customers' Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical assessments of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environments, focusing on architecture, configuration, and operational maturity
- Identify risks, performance issues, and governance gaps, providing strategic recommendations aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Develop customer-facing assessment reports and remediation roadmaps to improve long-term platform success
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technologies
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical assessments or consulting services for enterprise clients
- Advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
- Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
