Job Summary
To support the growth of a consulting practice, the full-time Consulting Principal will drive business development, manage client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Secure and deliver consulting work aligned with Cityfi's goals while managing growth strategies for the U.S., Canada, and EU markets
- Recruit and develop talent, establishing a strong team to support consulting operations and client delivery
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that enhance the consulting practice and elevate the Cityfi brand
Required qualifications
- Proven history of successful leadership roles in private and public sectors with a focus on mobility and civic innovation
- Experience in top-tier consulting, planning, operations, or development
- Expertise in managing talent development functions and building teams
- Experience in developing a global multi-disciplinary consulting practice
- Bachelor's degree required; master's or advanced degree preferred
