Job Summary
Driving high-impact advisory and transformation projects, the full-time Consulting Principal, Manufacturing will engage with global clients in a hybrid work model, focusing on operational excellence and digital enablement within the process and industrial manufacturing sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements to improve throughput, quality, and cost efficiency for manufacturing clients
- Guide cross-functional teams in developing and implementing transformation programs that align with client strategic objectives
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and design governance mechanisms for operational improvements
Required qualifications
- 15 to 17 years of consulting experience in process and industrial manufacturing
- Deep understanding of manufacturing value chains, including production planning and supply chain management
- Proficiency in structured consulting methodologies and analytical tools
- Familiarity with modern manufacturing technologies and digital collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred
