Job Summary
To support key Financial Services customer accounts, the full-time remote Consulting Services Manager will develop and manage client relationships, oversee project delivery from kickoff to closeout, and collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Sell Red Hat's services and solutions by creating tailored technical offerings based on customer business requirements
- Ensure successful project delivery through active participation in Change Management, Planning, and Governance meetings
- Coordinate with sales teams to manage consulting sales opportunities and meet revenue and booking goals
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of technical or business consulting practices
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services is a plus
- Proven experience in project delivery and managing large customer programs
- Ability to architect complex solutions using multiple offerings and technologies
- Expert-level presentation skills demonstrated through customer meetings
