Job Summary
Providing consumer input into the Packard System at all levels of care, the part-time Consumer Advisory Council Member will participate in monthly councils, review patient education materials, and engage with staff through presentations and feedback sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Participates in monthly Consumer Advisory Councils
- Reviews patient education materials for clarity and effectiveness
- Engages in panels and presents information to Packard Staff
Required qualifications
- One year of experience managing care for a child with a chronic health condition
- Ability to communicate effectively in a caring manner
- Knowledge of health literacy
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
