Consumer Growth Leader

Job Summary

To build a category-defining consumer health machine, the full-time Consumer Growth Leader will own Legion's consumer growth strategy, managing the entire funnel from acquisition to retention while working remotely from San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize Legion's consumer growth metrics, including qualified leads, scheduled visits, and retention rates
• Build and scale paid acquisition strategies across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Create and manage a high-velocity performance creative engine, focusing on effective messaging and audience-specific narratives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer growth, performance marketing, or growth leadership in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets with accountability for key performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with paid social media platforms and strong performance creative judgment
• High analytical fluency with experience in attribution, cohort analysis, and budget forecasting
• Understanding of healthcare marketing principles, emphasizing patient trust and compliance
