Consumer Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Consumer Litigation Counsel with at least 5 years of general litigation experience, who will manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, collaborate with senior attorneys, and engage in case strategy and management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, including drafting motions and pleadings
• Negotiate settlements and handle court appearances while preparing cases for trial
• Maintain substantive client contact and significant involvement in case strategy and management

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably with single plaintiff work
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation and/or other consumer litigation
• Top law firm experience or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Strong work ethic with the ability to drive cases to resolution
• Excellent academic credentials
