Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Consumer Loan Closing Specialist will manage loan closing processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various stakeholders across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the closing of consumer loans by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the closing process
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and external partners to resolve any issues that arise during closing

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer loan processing or closing
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in loan origination software and related technologies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
