Consumer Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

Independently managing consumer title curative files, the full-time Title Curative Specialist will analyze title defects and clearance documentation, apply title underwriting standards, and collaborate with underwriters to resolve issues, all while supporting an active pipeline of 65-75 files remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review files to identify title defects and required clearance evidence, escalating issues as necessary
• Independently manage an assigned pipeline, tracking actions and deadlines while advancing or clearing files with accurate documentation
• Communicate with underwriters and prepare necessary legal documents, ensuring compliance with insurer guidelines

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling complex title curative files, including probate and trusts
• Ability to analyze legal and public-record documents related to title
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or Law Certification is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows is beneficial
