Contact Center DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise customer engagement solutions, the contract Contact Center DevOps Engineer will design, build, automate, deploy, and enhance Amazon Connect platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and support Amazon Connect solutions in an enterprise environment
- Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and AWS services, including Lambda and APIs
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in an enterprise environment
- Experience building end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions beyond contact flow configuration
- Proficiency with AWS services and integrations, including Lambda
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform
