Job Summary
Supporting the deployment and updates of NICE InContact Studio scripts, the remote Contact Center Engineer will assist with system migrations, script modifications, and employee training within a healthcare organization on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the deployment and updating of NICE InContact Studio scripts across US healthcare sites
- Support migration efforts from platforms like RingCentral to NICE CXone
- Provide user training to ensure effective system usage
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone / NICE InContact platform
- Proficiency in creating, modifying, and troubleshooting CXone Studio scripts
- Experience in migrating contact center systems from platforms such as RingCentral
- Ability to make design changes and script updates independently within CXone Studio
