Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting, the full-time Contact Center Service Advocate I will efficiently manage patient appointment scheduling, handle inbound and outbound calls, and ensure a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Provide courteous service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Accurately enter patient information and appointment details into the scheduling system
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) documentation preferred
- Proficient PC skills, including basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
