Contact Center Support Operator
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Contact Center Support Operator I will answer inbound calls, provide information to callers, and facilitate transfers to appropriate destinations while adhering to established metrics and productivity standards, with evening shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., including weekend and holiday rotations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and search databases to provide accurate information and facilitate transfers
- Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify and contact on-call providers with patient details
- Process emergency calls and provide assistance to individuals in urgent situations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
