Job Summary
Working evenings in a remote capacity, the full-time Contact Center Support Operator will manage inbound calls, provide information to callers, and facilitate transfers to appropriate destinations, ensuring timely access to critical healthcare information.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and efficiently transfer callers to the appropriate destinations using electronic directories
- Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify and contact on-call providers with patient details
- Process special protocols for various hospital sites and assist individuals in emergency situations
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
