Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Claims Coordinator to manage and facilitate the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of claim files from intake through delivery, ensuring quality and timely resolution
- Manage all tasks necessary for successful claim assignments and collaborate with various business units
- Provide customer service through Live Chat & Hotline while assisting with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Property and Casualty claim knowledge is helpful
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including late shifts and overtime
