Content Development Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of course content development, the remote Content Development Manager will create high-quality instructional materials across various modalities, collaborate with subject matter experts, and leverage AI tools to enhance learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of instructional content for diverse learning formats, including written materials, videos, and live sessions
• Act as a Learning Producer for new courses, developing and executing a vision for both synchronous and asynchronous learning components
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and learner-friendliness

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in learning design, content development, or course development
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of course creation from concept through final production
• Experience in content development across multiple modalities, including written content, video production, and live/webinar facilitation
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Experience using AI tools to support content development workflows
