Job Summary
To support the scaling of content workflows, the part-time Content Engineer will design and maintain AirOps content systems, ensuring efficient brief creation and quality assessment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain content workflows across various content types using AirOps
- Create and configure brand kits during client onboarding and ensure synchronization with updates
- Assess workflow output quality and troubleshoot issues, escalating to AirOps support as needed
Required qualifications
- Strong systems thinking to analyze and improve content processes
- Fluency with AI tools, prompt logic, and automation platforms
- Knowledge of different content types and familiarity with AI visibility and GEO
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify impactful prompt changes
- Self-directed and collaborative, capable of aligning with team members on experiments
