Content Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling of content workflows, the part-time Content Engineer will design and maintain AirOps content systems, ensuring efficient brief creation and quality assessment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain content workflows across various content types using AirOps
• Create and configure brand kits during client onboarding and ensure synchronization with updates
• Assess workflow output quality and troubleshoot issues, escalating to AirOps support as needed

Required qualifications

• Strong systems thinking to analyze and improve content processes
• Fluency with AI tools, prompt logic, and automation platforms
• Knowledge of different content types and familiarity with AI visibility and GEO
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify impactful prompt changes
• Self-directed and collaborative, capable of aligning with team members on experiments
