Content Innovation Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and AI-savvy storyteller, the full-time Content Innovation Manager will lead the proposal content strategy, enhancing RFP quality and impact while leveraging emerging AI technologies to improve content workflows and storytelling effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex product capabilities and value propositions into compelling narratives tailored to buyer needs
• Apply generative and agentic AI to enhance content workflows and improve response quality across marketing and sales
• Own the content strategy and governance for proposal management, ensuring alignment with Lyra's latest positioning and messaging

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in content strategy, product marketing, or proposal content development with a strong foundation in persuasive business writing
• Experience applying generative and agentic AI capabilities to content development and a willingness to experiment with new tools
• Demonstrated experience managing proposal management platforms and content libraries
• Strong understanding of the RFP process and how messaging influences sales pursuits
• Ability to create reusable content adaptable for different audiences and segments
