Job Summary

Owning the creation and optimization of content programs, the full-time remote Content Marketing Specialist will develop SEO and AEO strategies, manage the blog publishing process, and repurpose content across various channels to enhance brand engagement and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO content strategies, ensuring optimization for organic and AI engine visibility
• Manage the end-to-end blog publishing process, from drafting to scheduling, while optimizing content for search and AI discovery
• Transform long-form content into various derivative formats for multi-channel distribution, maximizing asset reach and lifespan

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, digital marketing, or a related role
• Demonstrated SEO expertise with hands-on experience in keyword research and on-page optimization
• AEO awareness with experience or strong interest in optimizing for AI-generated content
• Practical experience using AI-driven tools for content creation and optimization
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and search-friendly content structure
