Content Moderator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the part-time Content Moderator will review and classify public social media content, including text, images, and videos, while working remotely on a 2-month contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review individual social media posts, including captions, images, and videos, applying complex classification taxonomies
• Conduct reviewability checks and follow appropriate escalation paths for content that cannot be accurately assessed
• Identify signals associated with branded content and distinguish between similar concepts based on written specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in content annotation, moderation, or data labeling
• Experience evaluating or analyzing LLM outputs
• Strong critical-thinking and judgment skills for ambiguous content
• Ability to work with sensitive and potentially distressing material
