Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of digital content platforms, the full-time Content Platform Operations Specialist will manage digital asset intake, perform quality assurance, and coordinate localization requests while ensuring compliance with governance standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily intake, categorization, and publishing readiness of digital assets across various platforms, ensuring compliance with governance standards
- Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing for digital content, documenting issues and coordinating corrections through established processes
- Coordinate translation requests and localization workflows, monitoring progress and performing operational quality checks to resolve workflow issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital content, website management, or related digital operations
- Familiarity with content management systems; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
- Experience with digital asset management platforms; familiarity with Bynder is a plus
- Experience in coordinating tasks and workflows across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational requests and priorities
