Content Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting a large-scale renovation of an employee intranet, the contract Content Operations Specialist will build, edit, format, configure, and publish digital content within Sitecore while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Chicago environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and update pages in Sitecore using pre-built and custom components based on stakeholder direction
- Execute end-to-end publishing workflows including content entry, versioning, scheduling, and deployment
- Troubleshoot CMS errors and content publishing problems while maintaining accessibility and usability standards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore and enterprise CMS environments
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting CMS issues
- Experience formatting digital content for readability and accessibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboration experience with Content, UX, QA, and Project Management teams
