Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day content production pipeline, the full-time Content Operations Specialist will coordinate the lifecycle of content creation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content production pipeline, managing assignments, deadlines, and editorial reviews for various content types in Sanity CMS
• Operate the AI-assisted Content Engine to develop briefs, edit drafts, and prepare content for review while maintaining quality standards
• Apply on-page SEO best practices and monitor content performance to enhance visibility in traditional and AI-powered search engines

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content operations, editorial production, or content marketing, with a proven track record in managing workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content tools and content management systems such as Sanity or WordPress
• Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization strategies
• Strong editorial skills with the ability to write and edit clear, accurate, and accessible content
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate content review and publication processes
