Content Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the setup, configuration, and quality assurance of products and content, the remote Specialist, Content Operations will manage requests, lead product setups, and utilize AI tools to streamline operations while ensuring timely access to educational materials for students and families.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the setup, configuration, and maintenance of products and content across various systems
• Lead testing and validation processes to ensure content access and configuration accuracy
• Oversee ticket and request flows, prioritizing competing demands and managing vendor deliverables

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, content operations, or complex data systems roles, preferably in education technology
• Hands-on experience configuring content or product data in complex systems
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with SQL
• Experience managing vendor partners and external resources
