Job Summary
Leading the vision and strategy for caregiver-facing educational content, the full-time remote Content Product Manager will manage and grow the content development team while optimizing existing materials and developing new programs to enhance caregiver support in dementia management.
Key responsibilities
- Own the content strategy and roadmap, prioritizing content creation based on caregiver needs and engagement data
- Manage and coach the content development team, setting clear goals and maintaining high-quality standards
- Audit and improve existing content based on feedback and performance metrics, ensuring accessibility and discoverability
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with content-driven educational products
- Experience managing a team and overseeing end-to-end content production
- Familiarity with mobile content experiences across iOS and Android platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
