Content Publishing Automation Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting content operations and AI-generated content evaluation efforts, the remote Content Publishing Automation Specialist will manage workflow automation, perform quality assurance checks, and publish content in the CMS while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build, test, document, and maintain scripts and tools to automate publishing and validation workflows
- Conduct detailed quality assurance checks for templates, ensuring metadata accuracy and adherence to publishing standards
- Coordinate bulk-ingestion workflows across content, design, and localization teams, identifying opportunities for automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital content publishing, content operations, or a related field
- Strong practical expertise with Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience automating workflows using Python, PowerShell, or a similar scripting language
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot CLI or comparable tools
