Content Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure high-quality content across platforms, the full-time temporary Content Quality Assurance Specialist will build and maintain ground truth datasets, author content guidelines, and run quality assurance on labeled content while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build, label, and maintain high-quality ground truth and golden datasets for content evaluation
• Author and maintain clear content guidelines and rubrics for consistent content review and labeling
• Analyze content and quality data to produce actionable insights and reports for product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or content operations
• Demonstrated experience in creating and auditing content guidelines and labeling schemes
• Strong editorial judgment and proficiency in grammar, style, and tone
• Familiarity with AI tools and basic data analysis techniques
