Content Senior Director

Job Summary

To lead a transformative content strategy, the full-time remote Content Senior Director will oversee Onnit's content across all channels, building an efficient in-house operation while ensuring brand consistency and engagement through innovative storytelling and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy across social media, YouTube, email, and retail platforms
• Define and maintain Onnit's visual and verbal identity to ensure brand recognition across all content formats
• Build and optimize a lean content production engine that delivers high-quality output quickly and efficiently

Required qualifications

• 12-15+ years in content, creative, or brand storytelling, with at least 5 years in a leadership role for a consumer brand
• Proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement through innovative content strategies
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and the ability to adapt strategies in real-time
• Experience working with athletes, talent, or creators, including managing relationships and writing briefs
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
