Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI systems, the temporary remote Content Specialist will lead the evaluation and refinement of AI models, conducting hands-on experiments and providing critical feedback to enhance product quality and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and refinement of cutting-edge AI models and products, contributing directly to their quality and performance
• Conduct hands-on experiments with new model versions and document model successes and failures for actionable insights
• Assess model responses against defined rubrics and quality benchmarks, offering critical feedback and crafting system prompts to shape AI behavior

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant content-focused field such as writing, editing, or linguistics
• 1+ year of hands-on experience working directly with AI models, including prompting and evaluation
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Proven fact-checking expertise, including verifying claims and conducting thorough investigations
