Content Specialist
Job Summary
To support a multi-disciplinary agile application development team, the remote Content Specialist will analyze user feedback, enhance digital platform content, and ensure compliance with organizational standards while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and recommend improvements for usability, accessibility, and discoverability of digital content
- Develop, edit, and maintain content across various digital platforms and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate content accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience delivering high-quality content
- A Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent experience
- Experience working with agile software engineering teams
- Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Drupal
- Strong research, planning, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
