Content Strategist

Job Summary

To support the management of updates across Help Centers, the full-time temporary Content Strategist will create, edit, and publish content in a remote environment, ensuring clarity and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish Help Center content in a clear, jargon-free style
• Execute content strategy for product changes while managing feedback from stakeholders
• Meet tight publishing deadlines and maintain high-quality standards for all content

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content writing and management
• Hands-on experience with CMS and HTML for drafting, editing, and publishing
• Proven track record in editorial/help center writing
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on demonstrated writing/editing experience
