Content Strategist

Job Summary

Collaborating with copywriters and UX designers, the remote Content Strategist will optimize content for search engines, manage information architecture, and conduct content audits while leveraging SEO expertise over a contract period of three months with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters and UX teams to establish proper nomenclature and information architecture for new content
• Define the tone and style of FAQ and Help Center content while ensuring SEO optimization
• Conduct ongoing audits and analyses of content, providing recommendations in collaboration with UX and product teams

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in English with a strong understanding of voice search and messaging
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Contentful
• Background in SEO with the ability to enhance content for search engine performance
• Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront
• Experience in content strategy and structure management
