Content Strategist

Job Summary

Leading content architecture and strategy, the remote Content Strategist will focus on developing information architecture and content models for an AI-powered resource assistant within a federal healthcare quality reporting program.

Key responsibilities

• Define information architecture, taxonomies, and content models for complex healthcare and policy content
• Build content pipelines and publishing workflows in Drupal or a comparable CMS to enhance content creation and editorial processes
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions for the AI-powered resource assistant, including metrics for content effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy or content architecture for complex digital products
• Demonstrated experience with information architecture, taxonomies, and content modeling
• Experience working in a content management system and with structured content workflows
• Experience translating research and editorial needs into content types and data structures
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
