Job Summary
Leading the planning and lifecycle management of content for the National Center on Early Development, Teaching and Learning, the remote Content Strategist will develop a comprehensive content strategy, ensure evidence alignment, and integrate resources to support Head Start programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a content lifecycle framework ensuring consistency and quality across National Center products
- Translate research and policy into actionable guidance for various audiences while monitoring emerging trends
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure cross-disciplinary alignment and prevent content silos
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, curriculum development, or systems-level technical assistance within early childhood systems
- Strong understanding of Head Start/Early Head Start and evidence-based practices
- Experience in translating research and policy into practical resources for the field
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, public health, family studies, education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
