Content Strategist & Writer

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and development of customer-facing content, the full-time remote Content Strategist & Writer will create and maintain clear, concise communications across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and enhancing customer understanding of mortgage servicing concepts.

Key responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing content across multiple channels, ensuring clarity and appropriate messaging
• Develop content strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Translate complex mortgage servicing terminology into customer-friendly language while maintaining brand voice and standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in content development, professional writing, or content strategy
• Strong analytical skills to identify communication gaps and recommend effective messaging
• Understanding of regulatory considerations in customer communications, preferably with mortgage servicing experience
• Familiarity with digital communications channels and content performance analytics preferred
