Content Strategist & Writer

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and development of customer-facing content, the full-time remote Content Strategist & Writer will craft clear communications across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and enhancing customer understanding of mortgage servicing.

Key responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing content across various channels, ensuring clarity and appropriate messaging
• Develop content strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives, identifying gaps for improvement
• Translate complex mortgage servicing concepts into clear, concise language for customer communications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in content development, professional writing, or content strategy
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Strong analytical skills to identify communication gaps and recommend effective messaging
• Understanding of regulatory considerations in customer communications, with mortgage servicing experience preferred
