Job Summary

Owning the strategy and development of customer-facing content, the full-time Content Strategy Writer will create clear, concise communications across various channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience in mortgage servicing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing content across multiple channels, ensuring clarity and appropriateness of messaging
• Develop content strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Translate complex mortgage concepts into plain-language communications that enhance customer understanding and engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in content development, professional writing, or content strategy
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Strong analytical skills to identify communication gaps and recommend effective messaging
• Understanding of regulatory considerations in customer communications; mortgage servicing experience preferred
