Content Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Coffee Break initiative, the part-time Content Support Specialist will execute editorial tasks, create social media content, and assist in the formatting and typesetting of international study guides, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Typeset and format international study guides in multiple languages using Adobe InDesign
• Create social media content and digital assets to promote the Global Coffee Break program
• Assist with line editing, proofing, and document management for English study guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and desktop publishing
• Proven ability in digital graphic creation and copywriting for social media
• Intermediate editorial experience including line editing and proofreading
• Detail-oriented self-starter managing complex publication workflows
