Job Summary

Leading a team of six copywriters, the full-time Content Team Lead will manage content production for SEO, ensuring high editorial standards and alignment with brand voice while collaborating with SEO and technical teams to enhance visibility and pipeline performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of copywriters, setting clear expectations for output and quality
• Own the editorial standards, reviewing and editing content to maintain accuracy and alignment with brand voice
• Collaborate with SEO and technical teams to optimize content for search performance and customer engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content for B2B SaaS, with at least one year in a leadership role
• Proven track record of producing content that drives measurable results in traffic and conversions
• Strong knowledge of SEO and interest in LLMs and AI search
• Excellent editing skills in English, with the ability to differentiate between good and great content
• Data-driven mindset, familiar with tools like GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush
