Contingent Workforce Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of Zillow's Contingent Workforce Program, the full-time remote Contingent Workforce Operations & Systems Analyst will manage workflows, escalate complex operational issues, and optimize system configurations across Beeline and Workday.
Key responsibilities
- Support and enhance contingent workforce workflows, identifying gaps and driving updates across Beeline and Workday
- Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex operational and system-related issues, partnering with various teams to resolve them
- Monitor workflow performance and data integrity, proactively identifying issues and supporting improvements across the integration of Beeline and Workday
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, program support, or enablement roles
- Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) such as Beeline
- Familiarity with Workday workflows, particularly in contingent worker lifecycle processes
- Ability to troubleshoot system integration issues and partner with technical teams for resolution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
