Contingent Workforce Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting contingent labor programs, the full-time Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant will manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing consultative workforce guidance and managing onboarding activities
• Ensure compliance with labor policies and maintain accurate workforce data while monitoring supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, staffing, or HR operations
• Experience in a customer-facing role supporting hiring managers and suppliers
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience with requisition management, onboarding, and operational escalations
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
