Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To provide operational and administrative support for the contingent workforce program, the full-time Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist will manage workforce operations, vendor management activities, and system support while working remotely or onsite in various locations across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle processes including onboarding, extensions, and offboarding activities
- Provide backup support for contingent workforce technology platforms and assist with system maintenance and user access requests
- Manage vendor communications and assist with supplier performance tracking and reporting activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in contingent workforce operations, procurement, or human resources
- Experience with ERP, VMS, or HCM systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience using ticketing or case management systems, with a preference for ServiceNow and Jira
