Contingent Workforce Partner

Job Summary

Supporting hiring managers across various business units, the full-time remote Contingent Workforce Partner will manage contingent workforce transactions within the Vendor Management System, ensuring compliance and operational excellence throughout the labor lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and guide them through contingent labor processes
• Create and manage contingent labor requisitions, ensuring data integrity and compliance within the Vendor Management System
• Maintain partnerships with staffing suppliers, evaluating performance and addressing any gaps to improve hiring outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce programs, staffing operations, or workforce administration
• Proficiency in using Beeline or a similar Vendor Management System (VMS)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service and issue resolution within a workforce context
• Detail-oriented with a strong process orientation
